1) 根据产线情况，保质保量完成自己所负责的所有检验工作
2) 按照检验SWES和Checklist，对工件实施检验，依靠自身技能拦截工件性能及外观方面的缺陷，防止流出
3) 将检验结果清晰、准确无误地记录到系统中，重要不良及时向上反馈
4) 对涂装和结构件的缺陷进行调查和RCCA的确认
5) 追求质量“0 Miss”,防止缺陷流出到下一道工序
6) 逐步提升自身的检验技能水平，提高自身的缺陷拦截能力
7) 按时完成公司及部门要求的安全和CI提报等指标
8) 对自己的安全负责，做到安全0 miss
要求：
1，为人正直，原则性强 有良好的沟通和表达能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神
2，中专及以上学历，焊接或涂装相关专业优先；
3，具有不少于三年的涂装&焊接过程的生产或检验等相关工作经验，对质量管理和4，质量问题分析有一定的经验，同时具有一定的数据分析能力。
5，能够数量使用办公软件 有强大的自主学习能力和意愿 服从主管和team leader安排的各项工作
