Job Description

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
As a Recruiter, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for moderately complex roles, playing a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talent across the Global Sales Organization. You’ll use a data-driven, strategic, and inclusive approach to recruiting, collaborating closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and cross-functional teams to ensure a world-class candidate experience.
- Own full‑cycle recruitment for mid‑level roles: from kickoff & requirement gathering to sourcing, assessment, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and interview teams to build inclusive, skills‑based processes and ensure alignment on candidate expectations and timelines
- Proactively engage passive and active candidates; anticipate concerns and deliver a candidate experience that reflects and strengthens our employer brand
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholder involvement and ensure recruiting compliance, with accurate system data for solid reporting and decision‑making
- Monitor hiring pipelines and risk; run regular reviews of progress against hiring goals and adjust strategy as needed
- Use market and assessment data to inform hiring decisions and recommend improvements to talent strategy, tools, and workflows
- Drive efficiencies by adopting tools, automation, and best practices; continuously seek learning, mentorship, and upskilling
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, sourcing, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in related field and minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, sourcing, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with business recruitment or non tech hiring.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and passive candidate sourcing
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn as a recruiting tool
- Understanding of talent and competency models, recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness and online/social media
- Ability to manage strong relations with stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Knowledge of the web/Internet market space, including trade journals, academic institutions, alumni associations and other sources of great candidates
- Communication, time management and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with internal clients to develop and iterate best-in-class profiles to reflect the talent needs of the business
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
