Base Wages following training period is $40.52 per hour and $5.25 per hour Health & Welfare (up to 40 hours per week)
Training Wage $26.00 per hour
Are you ready to take on an exciting and rewarding role in security? We are looking for dedicated and vigilant individuals to join our team at a high-profile site. Under the guidance of our experienced Manager, you'll be an essential part of ensuring the safety and security of our client's property, visitors, and personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Observe and Report: Keep a watchful eye on activities and incidents at your assigned location, maintaining a secure environment.
- Respond to Emergencies: Handle unusual or emergency situations with an appropriate level of response, including armed intervention if necessary, following established protocols.
- Maintain Order: Enforce site regulations and directives, ensuring a safe and orderly environment for everyone.
- Control Access: Manage the admittance process to the client site and facility, monitoring entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Patrol Duties: Conduct patrols on foot or by vehicle, checking for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, and security violations.
- Incident Management: Protect evidence or scenes in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations, and prepare detailed logs or reports as needed.

Qualifications:
- Ideal candidates have at least two (2) years of Armed OR Law Enforcement OR Military experience
- Must Possess a BSIS Guard Card and Firearms Permit with .40 caliber designation
- BSIS CA Exposed Weapon Permit must be .40 caliber designation
- BSIS CA Baton Permit preferred
- OC/Pepper Spray Certification preferred
- First Air, CPR, AED – through the AHA or Red Cross preferred, cannot be from a BLS provider
- High School Diploma
