工作职责:
This role involves strategic leadership and collaboration with Hotels' HR, Corporate HR Operations, HR Centers of Excellence (COE), and other business partners to implement and enhance HR information system policies and procedures. The Senior Manager will drive the seamless integration and continuous improvement of HR systems, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance. The Senior Manager will also lead the development of a functionality upgrade roadmap, incorporating tech trends and market functionalities beyond Hilton, and manage the reporting system to support strategic decision-making.

As the Senior Manager, HR Technology – Greater China & Mongolia, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
What your day-to-day will be like:
Strategic Implementation, Upgrades, and Roadmap Development:
• Lead the implementation and upgrading of HRLink, leveraging insights from user ticket analysis.
• Develop and maintain a strategic forward-looking technology roadmap for HRLink, incorporating tech trends and market prevailing SAAS functionalities.
Strategic System Management and Integration:
• Lead the seamless integration and continuous improvement of HR systems, including but not limited to HRLink, Beisen, and Gaiya etc.
• Collaborate with IT on cybersecurity reviews for all data flows, ensuring system security and compliance.
Data Integrity, Reporting, and Analytics:
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy mandates, maintaining the highest standards of data security.
• Manage the reporting system, covering 200+ instances, and spearhead the development of a Data Lake solution with HRLink.
• Generate and analyze HR reports to support strategic decision-making, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Technical Leadership and Issue Resolution:
• Provide expert support to regional HR stakeholders, addressing their HR technology needs and driving new initiatives.
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of payroll systems, proactively resolving any issues.
Market Insights and Continuous Improvement:
• Stay abreast of the latest HR technology trends, providing strategic recommendations for system enhancements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the HR technology landscape remains cutting-edge and competitive.
Project Leadership:
• Lead HR technology projects, including system design, configuration, testing, and implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Act as a key liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors, ensuring successful project outcomes.

To successfully fill this role, you should possess a blend of technical skills, HR knowledge, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Educational Background: A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), data management, and software applications relevant to HR technology.
• Experience: Previous experience in HR operations, HRIS management, or a similar role, with a track record of implementing and maintaining HR systems.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret HR data, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, provide training, and develop user guides.
• Project Management: Experience in managing or participating in HR technology projects, including system upgrades and implementations.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Adaptability: Ability to stay updated on the latest HR technology trends and adapt to new tools and systems.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with HR teams, IT departments, and external vendors.
