Job Title: EAME Senior Product Consultant (Backhoe Loader)
Salary: £63,500 - £78,000 depending on achievements
Contract: Full time & permanent
Location: Desford, Leicestershire
The Opportunity:
As a Senior Product Consultant, you’ll support the Backhoe Loader (BHL) portfolio across Europe, Africa & the Middle East (EAME). This is a key role where your product knowledge will help shape go-to-market strategies and support sales execution across a diverse and dynamic region.
What you will do:
As a Senior Product Consultant, you are accountable for, but not limited to:
Provide expert product training and application support to customers, dealers, and internal teams, covering job efficiency, safety, and applied technology.
Carry out product performance studies and site assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Manage marketing technology tools and work closely with stakeholders to develop a roadmap that supports business growth.
Collaborate across teams to align on timelines and marketing goals, ensuring customer needs are front and centre.
Monitor industry trends and customer insights to inform product development and pricing strategies.
Support new product introductions and help shape the future of our machine portfolio.

What You Can Demonstrate:

Products and Services: Proven understanding of core products and services is essential, along with how they connect across the business. The role involves assessing options and tailoring solutions to meet varied customer needs. Commercial awareness and adaptability are important.
Effective Communications: Clear, confident communication is vital, whether presenting ideas, offering feedback, or navigating complex conversations. The ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and maintain empathy and professionalism is central to success.
Value Selling: Focuses on delivering genuine value beyond the product or service itself. It involves understanding customer needs and positioning solutions that make a real impact. Supporting others in value-based selling and building lasting relationships is part of the remit.
What You May Have:
Proven knowledge of mobile plant and off-highway machinery, understanding of equipment functionality, industry standards, and operational environments
Technical aptitude, ability to interpret technical documentation, support fault diagnosis, and liaise with engineering teams
Stakeholder-facing experience, confident engaging with end users, customers, and dealer networks to provide support and resolve issues
Multilingual communication, second language skills advantageous for working across international teams and customer bases
