Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Executive Administrator. The primary responsibility of this role is to prioritize the schedules and support executives.
Reporting to the Senior Production Control Manager, the person in this role will support the schedules and requests for 4 executives including the President, Senior Vice President, VP of Administration, and VP of PC.
This position is based San Antonio, TX. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location.
What you’ll be doing
Manages the schedules and requests for 4 executives including the President, VP of Administration, and VP of Manufacturing
Manages travel and event coordination for these executives
Prepare presentations used by executives
Responsible for the organization and appearance of the front lobby
Gathers information, prepares, and edits the weekly President’s report
Manages requests from outside groups and individuals in supporting the executives
Arrange and support company related social/business events requested by the Officers.
Supports all Corporate Planning Office (CPO) visitor activities including on-site logistics, off-site event coordination, hotel/ restaurant accommodations, and transportation
What you bring
This role requires an ability to coordinate and work with many different organizations within and outside of Toyota
Must be able to multi-task and respond immediately to very fluid situations in a manner that still maintains smooth operations for the customer
Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor through constant changing requests from executives
This role is exposed to extremely sensitive and highly confidential information requiring reliability in managing these issues
Expert in Microsoft Office software
Strong communication skills
High level of organizational skills
Added bonus if you have
Previous experience with executive support
A bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience in project management
