What you´ll do
- Drive the creation and launch of new brands and strategic innovations in partnership with the US brand strategy team
- Manage the end-to-end New Product Development process, including product development, go-to-market planning & communications
- Manage and mentor one direct report, fostering professional development and building strong innovation capabilities within the team
- Track and report brand performance, making recommendations to optimize growth and ensure financial goals are met
- Develop and oversee 360° marketing campaigns for new product launches across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand voice and impactful execution.
- Partner closely with global headquarters to ensure concepts, design, launch assortments, and communication strategies align with global direction while tailoring execution for the U.S. market.
- Create pitch material, marketing story and partner with Sales to secure retailer support
- Build out and manage budget Lead Market research to ensure product, packaging and concepts align with US consumers
