What you´ll do Are you passionate about helping employees achieve long-term financial security? We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Manager, Retirement Benefits to lead the design, administration, and communication of our retirement programs across North America. In this role, you’ll be a key player in shaping the employee experience around retirement readiness, working across HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure our programs are effective, compliant, and well-understood.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Oversight: Manage daily operations of retirement plans including 401(k), RRSP, NQDC, employee share, and frozen DB pension plans.
- Project Management: Support compliance testing, audits, annual filings (e.g., Form 5500), and plan changes related to M&A activity.
- Vendor Coordination: Oversee relationships with third-party administrators, recordkeepers, legal counsel, and auditors to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Total Rewards, Payroll, Legal, and Finance on plan design and implementation.
- Employee Engagement: Lead communications to North America employees regarding plan enrollment and updates.
- Act as the escalation point for unresolved issues.
