Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
- Acts as a full participant and provides substantive contributions to JPGs and OPG/OPTs developing and integrating cyber capabilities into plans, and in support of Combatant Commander planning efforts
- Fully participates and provides substantive contributions to cyberspace operations planning activities coordination through the IJSTO to include Evaluation Request and Response Messages, SAP procedures, and the RAPCO
- Serves as a technical expert of all planning methodologies and applications in all phases of military operations, providing analytical expertise and expert knowledge of operational design, Joint Operation Planning, and APEX
- Conducts joint operations planning in support of combat and contingency operations without supervision
- Provides technical expertise and participates in all phases and steps of the JPP and APEX activities
- Provides significant contribution to the development of cyberspace operations plans, contingency plans, CONOPs, and orders

Qualifications
Required:
- High School degree or equivalent
- Minimum of five years experience in the following:
- Specialized education in military joint operations planning through the Joint Professional Military Education Phase I (JPME I) from a Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) accredited joint education program listed in Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instruction (CJCSI) 1800.01E (The JIOPC, or other similar military operations planning courses, may be substituted for JPME I).
- Reviewing strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions from higher ups and making recommendations to ensure compliance and/or consideration in planning efforts.
- Developing plans and orders through the application of operational art and operational design, and by using the Joint Planning Process (JPP), within the milestones, deliverables, and interaction points for plans developed using Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX) activities, and the contractor shall review draft orders for adherence to Order Procedures, provide feedback to Action Officers, assist in coordinating drafts and approvals.
- Providing input to briefings, transitioning concepts to execution, and assisting in the coordination of joint operational planning in support of combat, and contingency plans and operations initiatives and facilitate resolution that may span multiple areas of responsibility.
- Developing tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), CONOPs, COAs, and other related documents related to cyberspace operations.
- Conducting research of current and emerging threats to U.S. Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources (CIKR) and development of courses of action to defend and protect resources.
- Joint Planning Groups (JPGs), and Operational Planning Groups/Teams (OPG/OPTs).
- Training personnel on DoD planning and orders process.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must hold an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Travel up to 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000 to $155,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
