The National Security Sector, Force Protection Solutions Division is seeking an accomplished Senior Program Director with executive presence in our Reston, Virginia office. The successful leader will drive rapid transition of cutting-edge solutions, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), autonomous systems, advanced networking, and cyber capabilities into operational use within the Army’s military intelligence environment.
This role directly supports the Army’s Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) program and prioritizes delivering solutions that achieve interoperability with Joint and Coalition partners, ensuring forces can operate as an integrated and agile team enabling seamless communication, Situational Awareness (SA), and real-time decision support in Multi-Domain environments.
The successful leader will thrive in thought leadership and transparent management of a $500M+ valued program, delivering warfighter innovation in a multi-tenant, multi-project CONUS and OCONUS environment. The leader will ensure a scalable management and technical approach providing mission-focused, high quality and on-time delivery of projects throughout their entire lifecycle; effectively collaborate to obtain and synthesize mission requirements from various stakeholders, while simultaneously driving team performance to implement technical solutions leveraging advanced concepts; seamlessly manage resources, budget, schedule, customer engagement, and ensure high end-user satisfaction; and possess strong strategic and communication skills.
Successfully and strategically partner with government stakeholders and industry to provide seamless information sharing, visualization, and decision support capabilities across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and commercial networks to ensure global accessibility and classification-aware operations.
Serve as the customer’s primary contact and maintain a high degree of collaboration with all stakeholders.
Lead, manage and integrate day-to-day execution of enterprise activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure optimal use of resources for superior technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance.
Ensure defined project baselines, execution, quality and efficiency in accordance with requirements.
Proactively manage issues and risks, developing mitigation strategies and facilitating resolution in collaboration with the government.
Maintain and ensure compliance with organizational standards of exceptional customer satisfaction.
Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
Master’s degree in a related business or technical discipline with minimum 15-years’ experience, including a minimum 5 years managing and coordinating DoD acquisitions similar in size, scope, and complexity.
Minimum 5-years demonstrated experience managing strategic outreach efforts to external Government agencies, programs, and resources similar in size, scope, and complexity.
Demonstrated Army ISR and MDO technical disciplines/skills associated with ensuring operational effectiveness, including integration of COTS capabilities.
Demonstrated CPAF management experience similar in size, scope, and complexity.
Demonstrated mastery in simultaneous oversight of projects/applications across a large enterprise similar in size, scope, and complexity.
Demonstrated mastery in leading award fee contracts similar in size, scope, and complexity.
Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification demonstrating mastery in managing budgets, schedule, and resources of large enterprise programs similar in size, scope, and complexity.
Active DoD Top Secret clearance with immediate SCI eligibility.
Ability to travel 15-25% to customer sites (CONUS, OCONUS – US Passport required).
Preferred Qualifications:
Army experience managing strategic outreach efforts to external Government agencies, programs, and resources similar in size, scope, and complexity.
Army MDO technical disciplines/skills associated with ensuring operational effectiveness.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $148,850.00 - $269,075.00
