Job Description Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Impact team and help drive meaningful inclusion and impact across the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Impact Officer, this role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of the team while advancing key priorities that shape the company’s culture and commitment to inclusion.
The Senior Manager, Impact Strategy & Operations will serve as a trusted partner and connector, balancing both strategy and execution. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is highly detail-oriented, and brings strong stakeholder management and operational expertise to ensure that initiatives are delivered effectively and with measurable outcomes.

Job Description
Operational Leadership
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Impact team, ensuring seamless execution of goals and initiatives.
- Establish consistent project management practices, ensuring visibility, accountability, and alignment across stakeholders.
- Support the Chief Impact Officer in setting team priorities, establishing KPI’s, monitoring progress, and driving outcomes.
Program & Initiative Management
- Lead the execution of enterprise-wide programs and initiatives aligned to the company’s inclusion and impact agenda.
- Oversee the design, launch, and tracking of initiatives that integrate inclusion into talent, culture, and business strategies.
- Build frameworks for measuring impact, including the development of metrics, dashboards, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure initiatives are aligned, resourced, and supported for long-term success.
- Identify opportunities to enhance or scale existing programs while driving innovation in new efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a key liaison between the Chief Impact Officer, senior leadership, and other business stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to align on objectives, share progress, and address challenges proactively.
- Coordinate executive briefings, presentations, and communication materials that enable effective stakeholder engagement.
Logistics & Execution Excellence
- Lead planning and logistics for high-impact meetings, events, and strategic reviews.
- Ensure documentation, follow-up actions, and communications are timely, accurate, and clear.
- Anticipate potential risks or roadblocks and proactively develop solutions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in operations, consulting, or program management, ideally with exposure to inclusion, impact, or culture-related work.
- Consulting or advisory experience strongly preferred.
- Strong background in program and project management, with proven success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Experience leading and supporting organizational change initiatives by developing strategic communication plans, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Global mindset with strong cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams.
- Proficiency in PowerBi is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 131,750.00 - $155,000.00
