What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and reimbursements
- Manage vendor setup and invoice processing
- Provide onboarding administration and support for new hires
- Conduct candidate phone screens and assist with scheduling
- Deliver responsive support to Recruiters across all hiring activities
What Are We Looking For
- Proficiency in using systems and tools to support recruiting operations, with the ability to learn and navigate platforms such as Workday, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Customer service experience with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship building
- Demonstrates initiative and critical thinking, with a proactive approach to improving processes and streamlining administrative workflows

This role operates in a hybrid work environment with a blend of remote and on-site collaboration, depending on business needs and location.
