This role involves setting up and running high-volume printers, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting issues to ensure timely delivery of printed materials. Our Print Operators are integral to producing exceptional printed products for our clients.
What you will do:
- Operate high-volume printers made by Ricoh, Canon, and HP to produce quality printed materials.
- Set up and calibrate printing machines according to job specifications.
- Monitor print jobs to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues promptly.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas, complying with all safety and quality standards.
- Complete production reports and communicate job status to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of printed materials.
What you will need to have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience operating high-volume printing equipment.
- Proficiency in setting up and maintaining printing machines.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and repetitive motions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Important information about this role:
- Compensation starts at $18/hour.
- You will work an assigned schedule of: 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm; Monday-Friday.
- Eligible to earn shift differential pay for working 2nd shift.
- Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays.
