Description:The F-35 Maintenance Systems (MxS) Air System Integration Program Manager is responsible for management of cost, schedule, execution, and performance reporting across multiple unclassified and classified F-35 developmental contract CLINs and/or Tasks Orders. This position focuses on alignment of MxS software development requirements over the transition of from legacy Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) software to a modernized Operational Data Integrated Network (ODIN) architecture in support of current and future F-35 warfighter capabilities. The Air System Integration program manager will act as a liaison between internal/external F-35 development stakeholders, including management of multiple MxS development and sustainment efforts and coordinating meetings/reviews between internal organizations to include the F-35 MxS and Air Vehicle Program Management Offices (PMO).
In this role the program manager will be responsible for strategy, approach, execution, integration and management of ALIS/ODIN across Production, Sustainment and Modernization lifecycle phases to include day-to-day program execution, working closely with Engineering and Sustainment Technical Leads, Functional Managers, Contract PMOs and Executive Leadership to ensure timely execution of program dependencies and milestones. This role will also manage internal program business rhythms coordinating across program finance, contracts, business operations, program planning, and control account managers (CAMs) reporting program execution/status to PMO Leadership.
This position will require travel less than 25% (both domestic and international).
Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher with related experience.
Project/Program management experience.
Air System Development or Sustainment experience.
Experience influencing and driving results as a change agent in addition to strong risk management skills.
Experience influencing and asserting direction without formal reporting authority.
Experience interfacing with senior leadership and external customers.
Desired Skills:Knowledge of F-35 Program including knowledge of fifth generation fighter programs
Be willing and able to travel (both domestic and international) as required.
Proven track record of supporting large and complex systems development programs
Proven ability to identify and build strong relationships with and influence decision makers, and maintain long-term customer intimacy
Experience working with international and military customers
Active Secret Clearance with a completed investigation within the last 5 years
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
