ADP is Hiring a Principal Product Manager - Fraud
We are seeking a highly driven, visionary Fraud Product Principal to lead the design, development, and execution of our next generation fraud prevention strategy.
This Director level role offers the opportunity to reimagine the fraud prevention environment at scale, leveraging technology, data science, and vendor partnerships to protect ADP and our clients.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, aggressive product leader with deep expertise in fraud risk management, a strong understanding of the fraud vendor ecosystem, and firsthand experience building and optimizing fraud platforms, models, and rules engines.
You will work closely with internal security and enterprise stakeholders to identify use cases, prioritize efforts, support change management and drive innovation aligning with enterprise standards, and defining a long-term vision for intelligent security operations.
This is a
hands-on leadership role driving thought leadership initially as an individual contributor.

What You will Do:
- Fraud Platform Strategy and Roadmap
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap, from vision and strategy through delivery and iteration.
- Develop and deliver a next generation fraud prevention platform that balances risk reduction, client experience, and operational efficiency.
- Fraud Models and Rules Management
- Partner with Fraud Strategy, Product teams, Cyber Security, and other internal partners to design, implement, and continuously refine fraud detection models.
- Lead the governance and optimization of fraud rule sets to drive improved detection rates and reduce false positives.
- Vendor and Partner Management
- Evaluate, select, and manage strategic fraud vendor relationships across identity, authentication, and transaction monitoring.
- Drive integration of external solutions into the ADP’s fraud platform to maximize effectiveness.
- Cross Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Global Security, Technology, Operations, and Product to embed fraud prevention seamlessly across products and services.
- Influence executive stakeholders and translate fraud prevention strategy into business value.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Stay ahead of emerging fraud trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Champion new approaches to fraud prevention and detection that position ADP as an industry leader.
Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in fraud risk management, product management, or fraud technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record in developing fraud platforms and managing product road maps.
- Deep understanding of fraud vendor ecosystems (Authentication, Identity, Device, Behavioral, and Transaction Monitoring)
- Hand-on experience with fraud models, rule sets, and decision engines
- Strong analytical and technical background, able to translate fraud risk into product capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross functional teams.
- Highly proactive, decisive, and action oriented with a bias towards results.
Preferred
- Experience building fraud prevention capabilities for financial services, fintech, payroll, or payment ecosystems.
- Familiarity with machine learning and AI driven fraud detection approaches.
- Background in fraud strategy, operations, investigation, or risk analytics to complement product expertise.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to fraud, AML, and payments.
- Prior success in leading cross border or global fraud prevention initiatives

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $105,600.00 - USD $282,600.00 / Year*
- Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
