Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in business analysis, financial planning, operations, or a similar function—preferably within a technology or engineering environment.
- Proficient in spreadsheet and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Oracle Analytics Cloud, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience collaborating across teams and functions.
- Experience with budget tracking and cloud resource management is desirable.
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
- Familiarity with office space management, facilities planning, and cloud cost allocation models.
- Experience with cloud services such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, or Azure is a plus.
- Ability to communicate actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Space Management:
- Plan, allocate, and optimize office and lab spaces to meet evolving needs within the Engineering organization.
- Maintain detailed documentation and regular reporting of office and workspace utilization.
- Cloud Chargeback Management:
- Administer and maintain internal processes for tracking cloud usage and managing chargebacks for engineering projects.
- Ensure accurate allocation of cloud resources across engineering teams and initiatives.
- Budget Management & Reporting:
- Oversee budgets for the Engineering organization, ensuring accurate allocation to teams and projects.
- Generate operational and financial reports and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Monitor variances, investigate discrepancies, and follow up on corrective actions as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support:
- Act as a liaison among Engineering, Finance, and Facilities to align priorities and drive initiatives forward.
- Support leadership through ad hoc analysis, special projects, and process improvement initiatives.
- Take ownership of diverse assignments and help fill operational gaps as they arise.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $33.94 - $67.88 per hour; from: $70,600 - $141,200 per year. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
