Description:Operations Analyst StaffLocation: Marietta GAWhat You Will Be DoingLockheed Martin Aeronautics in Marietta, GA is seeking a Operations Analyst Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying the depth and range of support material needed to ensure that a sustainment program can meet planned operational maintenance goals during the expected operational life of the program. You will provide technical services necessary to support initial and follow-on provisioning tasks as part of the overall Supply Chain Management system. The successful candidate will be able to collect and compile datasets from disparate data sources. You will be responsible for developing spares modeling to compute target stock levels to achieve performance metrics for U.S Government and Direct Commercial Sales C-130J aircraft sustainment contracts.
Candidate's job responsibilities involve but are not limited to predictive inventory determination and optimization through the iterative use of sustainment modeling and inventory optimization software.
Candidate will use statistical analysis to analyze technical data, field data and maintenance reports to determine stocking levels, reorder points and spare part recommendations to achieve costs and performance objectives. The candidate should understand Performance Based Logistics and will perform "what-if" modeling as required. Develop annual demand and failure projections

Management, Data Analytics or related discipline OR 5 years experience in the absence of a Bachelors Degree
- Experience collecting and compiling datasets from disparate

Desired Skills:- Experience interpreting aircraft engineering specifications and/or drawings
- Familiarity with SAP and Sustainment Inventory
Management Systems
- Experience problem solving and able to handle multiple
tasks

- Experience with sustainment modeling, simulation and analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience importing and manipulating data using Excel
- Experience with tools like TEMPO, Spares Parts Management, and/or Tableau helpful

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
