Description:What You Will Be DoingWe are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead the stand-up of a new ADP production program in Marietta, GA, with a focus on operational excellence. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, high-quality program execution, from first build readiness through ongoing operations, while driving continuous improvement across all manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a Day-One Readiness Manufacturing Schedule to ensure a seamless first build.
Oversee operational execution of projects, ensuring alignment with program goals and fostering process efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Serve as the primary liaison between senior management, stakeholders, and project teams, maintaining clear communication and accountability.
Collaborate with build team management, program leaders, and supporting disciplines to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational optimization.
Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of time-phased, budgeted tasks that achieve program objectives while maximizing resource efficiency.
Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, applying transformative thinking to improve workflows and drive operational excellence.
Develop and maintain a manufacturing plan compliant with AS6500 standards, ensuring consistent quality and regulatory adherence.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
