About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join our Cobrand Cards & Business Development team within Cards, Merchant Services, and Personal Loans (CMSPL). This individual will support the team in the identification, negotiation, and execution of external partnerships in support of CMSPL business priorities, with an initial focus on delivering diversified card benefits and growth-related capabilities.

- Work with business leadership and internal partners to align business priorities against partnership opportunities, with an initial focus on delivering diversified card benefits and growth-related capabilities
- Develop compelling and engaging outreach materials to prospective partners
- Support discussions around partnership structuring and negotiation, including developing partnership constructs and financials
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on post-deal execution and hand-offs for ongoing partner management
- Manage governance and controls related to partnership execution and onboarding
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years of Business Development experience at a top-tier credit card issuer
Desired Qualifications:- Proven track record of supporting end-to-end business development efforts for new credit card partnerships, from prospecting to deal execution.
- Strong understanding of credit card economics and the broader ecosystem of issuers, networks, fintechs, and merchants.
- Experience building financial models and business cases.
Job Expectations:- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range:- New York, NY- $167,000 to 260,000 annually

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
