About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic advisor and master storyteller to support senior technology leadership in crafting and delivering high-impact executive narratives. The successful candidate will bring a consulting mindset, a sharp sense of audience, and a rich understanding of business and technology dynamics. You will work closely with the CIO and other senior leaders to shape their digital presence, internally and externally, through newsletters, business reviews, and thought leadership platforms. This role blends strategic communications, executive advisory, and visual storytelling to elevate the voice of technology across the enterprise.
In this role, you will: - Craft executive-ready presentations by translating complex, technical, and fragmented content into concise, visually engaging formats tailored for CIO and line-of-business audiences
- Connect the dots across meetings, conversations, and documents, synthesizing disparate inputs into cohesive narratives that align with strategic priorities
- Curate and elevate stories that showcase business impact, transformation, and innovation across the enterprise
- Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders, shaping messaging that drives alignment and resonates with executive stakeholders
- Develop and manage internal communications, including newsletters and executive updates that reinforce strategic themes and celebrate team accomplishments
- Support external visibility efforts through curated content for industry events, digital channels, and thought leadership platforms
Required Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in Information Technology supporting Business Services, or equivalent experience through work, education, or military service
- Proven success in partnering with senior leadership to develop strategic narratives and executive-level deliverables
- Strong proficiency in visual presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint), with the ability to distill complex ideas into simple, impactful formats
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of tone, audience, and structure
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Desired Qualifications: - Background in management consulting, strategy, or executive advisory roles
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize disparate inputs into compelling stories and drive alignment across stakeholders
- Familiarity with enterprise technology environments and transformation initiatives
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with multiple lines of business
- Portfolio or examples of executive presentations that showcase storytelling, clarity, and visual design
- Experience with digital content creation, including newsletters, blogs, and external-facing communications

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $260,000.00
