About this Role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Talent & Performance Management Consultant to design and deliver impactful learning and development solutions aligned to the strategic priorities of the Commercial Banking business. This role will serve as a critical connector between business leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and enterprise learning teams to ensure training programs drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:• Partner with Commercial Banking leaders to understand business goals and translate them into learning strategies.
• Consult with stakeholders to determine the most effective learning modalities (e.g., instructor-led, virtual, podcast, digital).
• Build curriculum from business objectives and create compelling learning journeys that support sales effectiveness, client management, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate effective conversations with business leaders to uncover needs and propose learning solutions.
• Develop and deliver training content, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Define success metrics and evaluate training effectiveness through performance data and business outcomes (e.g., increased sales, improved client engagement).
• Support and mentor team members indirectly through influence and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and ensure alignment with talent strategy across career stages.
• Use AI tools and platforms to enhance learning delivery and tracking.
• Document and communicate learning processes, including summarizing key business objectives and training plans.
• Manage vendor relationships and external training resources as needed.
• Travel up to15 % (every other month) to hubs including Des Moines, Dallas, Charlotte, Chandler, and Minneapolis.
Required Qualifications:• 5+ years of Talent Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Preferred Qualifications:• Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity.
• Proven ability to consult, influence, and facilitate strategic conversations.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs with measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with Commercial Banking or financial services preferred.
• Experience using learning platforms
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing lateral handoffs.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, consultative environment.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$100,000.00 - $179,000.00
