Department: FRMA Inside Sales
Location: Rockland, Massachusetts
Reports To: Operations Manager
Job Overview:
The CSR plays a key role in a dynamic work environment to include direct customer interaction, quotation preparation, order entry, data tracking/reporting, and various other administrative functions. A high degree of computer proficiency, and who is motivated, flexible, and eager to support customers and coworkers. Provide support for assigned outside salesperson(s) and management to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. Includes all phone and email communication is required. Assist the department with unassigned account activity as required. Provide technical assistance to customers on all products represented.

- Experience and proficiency using Windows-based programs
- Have 5 years of related experience preferred*
- Experience with mechanical equipment sales preferred*
- Possess High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Must be able to pass background and reference checks, as well as a drug test
Scope of Responsibility:
- Answer telephone and email inquiries from customers
- Understand and evaluate customer requirements for new pumps, pump systems, and spare parts.
- Provide written and verbal quotations for new pumps, pump systems, and spare parts to customers
- Review and analyze all customer purchases for accuracy and required documentation.
- Enter customer orders in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction
- Enter purchase orders and expedite as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process all necessary paperwork for all transactions to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
- Expedite, provide shipment schedules, and coordinate deliveries as required
- Coordinate Trade shows and Seminars
- Perform all other duties as assigned
