Job Overview
Do you have a sharp eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced shop environment? We are looking for a reliable and organized Parts Technician to support our growing operation by handling parts distribution, inventory support, and assisting technicians to keep production running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive, inspect, label, and stock incoming parts and materials
- Organize and maintain the parts room and inventory storage areas
- Fulfill parts requests for technicians in Maintenance, Reconditioning, Paint, and Custom Fabrication
- Track parts usage per job and update inventory systems accordingly
- Alert the Parts Manager when stock is low or special orders are needed
- Assist in inventory counts and reconciliations
- Verify shipments and match invoices with received items
- Support warranty part returns and core return processes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Ensure all parts meet quality standards before use
What You Bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in a parts-related or inventory support role (automotive, fleet, or industrial setting preferred)
- Basic knowledge of automotive or mechanical components
- Familiarity with inventory systems or tools like QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar platforms
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Ability to safely lift and move parts and boxes (up to 50 lbs)
Bonus Points For:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous experience supporting technicians in a shop environment
- Experience with commercial/fleet parts or custom builds
- Familiarity with vendors like Ryder, Penske, Enterprise, etc.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
