The Opportunity
The Regional Manager will oversee multiple branches in Upstate NY, ensuring high standards in recruitment, client service, compliance, and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership in both staffing operations and business development, with an emphasis on coaching branch teams to achieve growth and deliver outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
- Drive recruitment and staffing efforts across branches, ensuring fulfillment strategies meet client and market needs.
- Provide customer support for major clients, including reviewing RFPs, supporting new implementations, and improving service delivery.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and deliver training programs for Branch Managers, Recruiters, and new hires.
- Conduct in-person and remote branch visits, coaching staff and reviewing quality/compliance performance.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency, including payroll security, unemployment/workers’ comp claims, and order fulfillment processes.
- Review Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPRs), client satisfaction surveys, and audit results to ensure corrective action plans are implemented.
- Lead colleague development, offering career growth recommendations and succession planning support.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding of new branch staff and managers.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently applied across all assigned branches.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of regional performance, including sales, recruitment, and compliance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5+ years of staffing/recruiting experience required.
- Prior management or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in staffing operations, client service, and workforce solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS/CRM systems.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams.
