What you’ll do
Within the Henkel international Research & Development team for Consumer Brands, you will:
- Active involvement in the development and implementation of global product innovations.
- Own set of responsibilities for specific projects in the field of our leading Beauty brands and products.
- Apply scientific knowledge to practical problem solving and practical business applications, encompassing hair research,
- hair product formulation, method development and validation, data analysis and application.
Lead the assigned innovation projects, by proposing technical solutions and defining next steps.
- Plan and/or coordinate the testing to ensure the product performance, safety and stability, according to product development requirements.
- Connect with internal colleagues, especially with the Consumer Technical Insight department, to generate consumer insights, to formulate the products in a consumer centric way and to validate the formula performance with consumers.
- Connect with raw materials suppliers to find raw materials with high potential to solve the technical challenges and test them.
- Document, organize, present results.
