What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production and material flow
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance to maintain equipment reliability
- Safely load, unload, and transport materials within the plant site
- Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and safety activities
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve operational issues

- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy machinery and production equipment safely
- Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to safe work practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
