ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Lead Airline Passenger Assistant.
The Lead Airline Passenger Assistant is responsible for leading a team of other Wheelchair Agents as well as assisting passengers requiring wheelchair assistance. The Lead Airline Passenger Assistant is also responsible for overseeing the operations of an assigned account. He or she will oversee projects; supervise day-to-day operations; coordinate and monitor inventory and equipment; and manage and train employees. The Account Lead also may perform administrative duties.

Basic Qualifications:• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• No experience required and on the job training provided
Preferred Qualification:• One (1) year of customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities:• Follow safety precautions at all times while transporting passengers
• Positive interpersonal interaction with passengers
• Comply with all client and/or site security requirements and processes
• Safely transport passengers in wheelchairs from their retrieval point to their desired destination within the client site or grounds
• Assist passengers with baggage retrieval and transport, if necessary
• Coordinate assignments with dispatchers and gate Agents, if necessary
• Complete thorough Incident Reports
