As an HR Generalist, you will provide strategic HR support to business units in the areas of staffing, employee development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping to drive business results through people-focused solutions. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to work with large and complex datasets using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
What You Will Do:
- Partner with business leaders to address workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement needs.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and exit interviews.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by streamlining and automating HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate training and development programs aligned with business goals.
What You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field — or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or partnering with a production or manufacturing workforce, with an understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics of hourly and shift-based roles.
- Experience in employee relations, talent management, or HR operations.
- A continuous improvement of mindset and a passion for operational excellence.
- Working knowledge of HR compliance and employment law.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and storytelling through data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors).
Additional Info:
- The primary location for this position is Little Rock, AR
- This role requires 5 days a week in office
- Domestic relocation is available for those who qualify

- International and Domestic travel up to 5%

Summary Pay Range:
$87,480.00 - $131,280.00
