The Role
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest hotel franchising company by the number of properties, is seeking a Senior Producer, Digital Marketing & Production to support digital efforts for our portfolio of 25+ world-class brands and the award-winning Wyndham Rewards loyalty program. The ideal candidate is a collaborative individual who thrives in a cross-functional, team-oriented atmosphere.
This role is instrumental in executing and optimizing upon the strategies of the brand websites, Wyndham Rewards website and Mobile App and other digital channels. This individual supports the Senior Manager with intake for digital requests from a variety of cross-functional stakeholders, aligning internal resources, managing timelines and risks, communicating status, staging content in the Content Management System (CMS), performing quality assurance, and deploying content.
In addition to supporting bringing the brands and their stories to life on our digital channels, the Senior Producer will be a subject matter expert in the Content Management System, working closely with other members of the Digital Marketing team and the Product team to support comprehensive digital projects. These initiatives may include: site re-designs and builds, globalization efforts, ad-hoc brand marketing updates across the Wyndham brand portfolio, site enhancement, ticket escalations, and comprehensive company-wide initiatives. This individual will also adhere to and support optimization of the digital production process.
What you'll do
- Strategize and deliver marketing and project updates for all digital channels (brand.com, app, on-property, etc.)
- Build and nurture cross-functional relationships with a variety of stakeholders including Brand Marketing, Technology, Digital Design, Digital Copy, UX, SEO, I.T., Global Leads, Revenue Management, Wyndham Sales, Email, Social, Product and Legal teams.
- Support the full production process for site updates from uploading creative assets, setting up content and editing copy in the CMS, partner feedback and sign off, legal approvals, validation, QA, and deployment.
- Serve as a CMS subject matter expert for sites and app, understanding the performance of our digital authoring tools, processes, and the ins-and-outs of digital production through analysis of site & app data using tools such as Adobe Analytics. Ability to contribute to the strategy through making sound recommendations.
- Provide digital recommendations and production support to the Senior Manager, Digital Engagement.
- Participate in the following business-critical activities:
- Track the Digital Merchandising calendar for marketing campaigns and the Digital Test Environment Calendar for product releases and capital projects.
- Develop expertise in Adobe Experience Manager; recognize and recommend future-state enhancements that position the group for increased efficiency by identifying process improvements and proposing to leadership.
- Coordinate with the project lead for special initiatives, creating/managing timelines, understanding each contributing role within a project and, in turn, anticipating and mitigating risks and issues before they occur.
- This includes capturing action items from standing meetings, following up, and ensuring completion of resulting tasks, documenting and tracking authoring progress, addressing defects, sending copy or translation, and strategizing on efficiencies.
- Facilitate project hindsight meetings with cross-functional teams to better understand strengths and opportunities on the project-level/site launch level
- Facilitate creative and functional reviews, intake feedback, and execute follow-ups with various.

Functional Competences
- Expertise in digital production and operations.
- Understanding of CMS’s and web publishing standards/best practices required; Adobe Experience Manager a plus.
- The following experience is preferred: Microsoft Office Suite, HTML/CSS, Adobe Analytics or other tool, JIRA or other project management tool, Smartsheets.
- Expertise in authoring Status Reports and other core project management documentation.
Required Qualifications/Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Digital Production Operations and/or Digital/Brand Marketing for a hospitality, retail, loyalty, or related organization.
- Understanding of Content Management Systems and web publishing standards/best practices required; Adobe Experience Manager a plus.
- Familiarity with pulling and interpreting data to make business decisions using analytics and segmentation tools such as Adobe Analytics.
- Must be able to see, use hands, hear and speak to perform the essential functions of this role.
- Must be able to speak and write in English fluently.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.

Compensation & Benefits
For U.S. based positions only, the expected pay range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation such as work location, background, experience, and performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
In addition to the base pay, this role is eligible to receive an incentive payment pursuant to the Annual Incentive Plan with a 10% annual target, subject to the terms of the Plan.
