Our Animal Health Division is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the U.S. Companion Animal and Equine business unit. This role will collaborate with leadership, sales, marketing teams, and agency partners to develop creative materials and execute marketing campaigns. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating digital and print assets, revising materials for field use, editing videos, and supporting brand managers to ensure consistency in voice and design. Responsibilities
- Create presentations and communication materials based on leadership and marketing team direction.
- Revise PowerPoint and PDF documents in alignment with copy approval and team feedback.
- Design and resize creative ad concepts for print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Retouch, color-correct, and edit images to meet brand standards.
- Create flashcards and field selling materials to support commercial operations.
- Edit and produce marketing videos aligned with brand voice and quality standards.
- Manage and create digital assets for multi-channel campaigns.
- Utilize Figma for design collaboration and prototyping.
- Work within Veeva Promomats to manage, review, and submit commercial materials for approval.
- Support prioritization tasks, standardized reporting, and cross-functional requests.
Education
- Minimum: Associate degree.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–3 years of graphic design experience, including digital asset creation.
- Proficiency in InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
- Experience with After Effects, Dreamweaver, and HTML for email creation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce for email design and Veeva Promomats for content management.
- Hands-on experience with video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects) and collaborative design using Figma.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading design projects in Animal Health or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
