Learn more about our Hypersonic Solutions here.The Hypersonics Advanced Programs team is looking for a Systems Engineer on the Razor team for a Research and Development project. In this role, you will report to the Systems Engineering Manager. Your responsibilities may include:
• Derive requirements and interfaces and support specification development in DOORS
• Be accountable for developing, updating, coordinating, and supporting verification of a subsystem requirement specification
• Support the full life cycle of assigned subsystems or components all the way through development, test, analysis, verification, and flight test
• Support assessments of key performance parameters, technical performance measures, and requirement compliance
• Support formal system design reviews
• Support interface definition and integration of subsystems and components across the broader system
• Participate in interdisciplinary engineering efforts as part of a hypersonic development project, necessitating adaptability and flexibility in response to evolving program requirements and timelines across geographically dispersed locations
• Use your excellent communication skills and self-motivating drive to promote a positive teamwork culture

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
