This individual will serve as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing actionable insights, financial models, and strategic guidance that drive informed decision-making and long-term value creation. The Director of FP&A will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, optimizing performance, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Partner with executives and department leaders to align financial plans with strategic objectives.
- Develop scenario analyses, sensitivity testing, and ROI models to support strategic initiatives.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Provide timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting to senior leadership and the Board.
- Analyze operating results, KPIs, and business drivers to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Create and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into performance.
- Business Partnering & Decision Support
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, supporting strategic decisions with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and other functional leaders to improve financial performance and efficiency.
- Drive initiatives to enhance profitability, optimize cost structures, and improve cash flow.
- Systems & Process Improvement
- Lead enhancements to FP&A systems, reporting processes, and analytical frameworks.
- Partner with IT and finance teams to improve financial data integrity and automation.
The ideal candidate must have senior level FP&A experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $140,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
