What you´ll do
- Support the design and execution of sourcing strategies for contract manufacturing and traded goods for specialties across North America and global markets.
- Help manage supplier relationships and commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with Henkel’s performance, cost, and sustainability objectives.
- Monitor and maintain supplier data, contract documentation, and compliance standards — always audit-ready.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, and Business) to ensure our supplier network delivers.
- Track category trends, supply market dynamics, and cost drivers to inform smarter decision-making.
- Contribute to negotiations and tendering processes, including supplier evaluation and selection.
- Proactively manage the supplier agreement portfolio, ensure audit-ready documentation, and support strategic supplier decisions.
- Contribute to bottom-line and top-line impact by managing assigned spend and procurement projects in line with annual and long-term business targets.
- Support Henkel’s transition toward digital procurement by driving adoption of e-sourcing tools and best practices.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating supply risk, ensuring reliable service and business continuity.
- Help coordinate the delegation of tactical procurement tasks to Shared Service Centers and Global Business Solutions+.
