Job Summary Details: The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.
Pay: $26.00 hr

Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications: - Must be over 18 years of age.
- Minimum 5-year experience with floor care (carpeting)
- High school Diploma or G.E.D required.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Prior experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred.
Responsibilities: Operate carpet cleaning machines, floor scrubbers, and other industrial cleaning equipment.
- Strip, wax, and finish tile flooring according to facility standards.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks in labs, offices, and other designated areas.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Maintain and inspect cleaning equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and supply usage.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and machinery noise.
- Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds for extended periods of time.
- May involve working in labs with sensitive equipment and materials.
