About your role:

As a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Fiserv’s state-of-the-art enterprise dispute processing systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.
What you will do:
- Own the software development process from conception to deployment based on user requirements
- Maintain and upgrade software applications following deployment
- Oversee and guide offshore resources: analyze, write, build, and software deployment
- Produce efficient and elegant code based on requirements
- Test and deploy programs and applications
- Troubleshoot, debug, maintain and improve existing software
- Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects

Experience you will need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise application development using Java Full Stack technologies: Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring framework
- 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, XML, XSLT, JSON, third-party libraries such as jQuery, and lightweight framework Vue.js
- 5+ years of experience with database technologies, including DB2 and Oracle
- 3+ years of experience with Linux and PAAS product Docker Containers
- 3+ years of experience with AWS Cloud Platform and its ecosystem
- 3+ years of experience with Fortify, Web-Inspect and Sonatype source scanning
- 2+ years of experience in finance, banking, payments services and card processing
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience with SonarQube and Object-Relational Mapping frameworks
- Experience with document barcoding techniques
- Experience in software development for document/imaging processing or using 3rd party software like Accusoft and Kofax Ascent Capture
- Experience with transmissions technology like Sterling’s (now IBM) Connect:Direct
Important information about this role:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- The successful candidate for this role will be hired in the location or one of the locations identified above
- You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
