What you will do:
- Lead a team of Software Engineers and Quality Assurance Analysts in Agile Scrum processes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to develop and groom product backlogs and plan upcoming work.
- Develop and implement new software programs and maintain the performance of existing systems.
- Write production-quality code, test while developing, and document designs and processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements and establish software development standards.
What you will need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in software development with distributed server solutions.
- 5+ years of experience with ASP.NET, C#, SQL, and JavaScript.
- 5+ years of experience in utilizing common design patterns and reviewing software designs.
- Four-year degree in software engineering, computer science, or computer engineering and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 5+ years of experience in cloud-based development and deployment (AWS/PCF/Azure).
- 5+ years of experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and Azure DevOps.
