Description:Asc Mgr, Financial MgmtLocation: Fort Worth TXWhat You Will Be DoingWe are seeking a highly skilled and emerging leader to oversee the maintenance, development, and deployment of financial tools and technologies in support of IFG programs. The successful candidate will lead a team to ensure existing tools support the IFG business rhythm and meet customer requirements. The candidate must also be able to collaborate with senior leadership and business analyst teams to identify opportunities to drive efficiencies into the tempo and innovate how work is accomplished. The successful candidate will provide sound guidance to program finance leadership concerning tool recommendations including their interdependency with applicable financial policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities• Lead a team to develop and deploy new financial tool capabilities and maintain existing tools
• Collaborate with senior leadership and business analyst teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the IFG Financial Tools and Technology team
• Ensure IFG financial tools are fully functional and available to user communities
• Manage financial set-up, Earned Value Management Tempo, and provide guidance on tool recommendations and financial policies
• Flow out changes from Core and Tools, ensure impacts are accounted for
• POC for the IFG group with Core and Tools meetings

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
