The Enterprise Change Management Director is responsible for leading and executing enterprise-wide change initiatives that align with strategic goals and drive organizational transformation. This role ensures that change efforts are effectively planned, communicated, and adopted across all impacted stakeholder groups. The Enterprise Change Management Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Digital Integration Group, Talent, Communications and Line of Business leaders to foster a culture of agility, resilience, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and lead the Enterprise Change Management Group, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and implement change management strategies and methodologies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to identify and address change impacts, risks, and dependencies.
Provide coaching and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and engagement throughout the change process.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field
10+ years of experience in enterprise change management or a similar leadership role
Proven experience in setting up and managing change management teams within large organizations
Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and development
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Relevant certifications in change management and project management

Measurable improvements in operational efficiency and employee adoption

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $128,000 - $192,500
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
