About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant.
In this role, you will:- Lead complex and unique initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
- Act as an advisory to senior leadership, with strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
- Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
- Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
- Make decisions regularly for highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for highly complex business problems
- Provide guidance and mentorship to individuals at all levels and provide advice to senior leadership on highly complex and strategic issues
- Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years in Technology product management, engineering enablement, or enterprise software delivery
- Proven experience coordinating across multiple product teams and presenting to senior leadership
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle and experience in a developer enablement organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret OKRs, KPIs, and regulatory metrics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to tailor messaging for technical, business and leadership audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Tableau, Excel)
- Deep understanding of SDLC governance, controls, and compliance frameworks
- Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and keep teams aligned to strategic objectives.
Desired Qualifications:- Understanding of various productivity tools and be able to leverage those to synthesize message for leadership consumption
- Experience with cloud migration strategies
- Exposure to regulatory and audit closure initiatives within financial services
- Familiarity with Agile product lifecycle and enablement roles
- Experience with GenAI use cases and developer productivity tooling
- Ability to handle budgets and contribute to investment planning
- Certifications in PMP, CISM, ITIL, DAWIA Level III
- Prior experience and track record of working effectively with senior leadership

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $260,000.00
