IT Business Consultant Senior
What does a successful IT Business Consultant Senior do?At Fiserv, an IT Business Consultant Senior in the Open Solutions DNA area plays a vital role in designing and developing forms and documents, configuring all forms media configuration, and archival related to the DNA platform. This position directly interfaces with clients, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the implementation process of one of the leading core banking platforms in the industry and drive the success of deployments.
What you will do:
- Design and develop forms and documents for the DNA platform.
- Configure and manage forms media and archival processes.
- Coordinate with various client leadership levels to ensure seamless delivery and consulting services.
- Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to enhance project understanding and success.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects efficiently to meet set timelines.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support for both local and remote workstations and servers.
- Assist with the integration of various products into the DNA platform.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent military experience.
- 6+ years of experience in troubleshooting Windows environments, including workstations and servers.
- 6+ years of experience in client delivery and consulting services.
- 6+ years of experience working with Oracle and MS SQL Server databases.
- 6+ years of experience working with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office suite.
- 6+ years of experience in online and printed media desktop design.
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to manage project focus effectively to meet demanding timelines.
What would be great to have:
- 6+ years of experience with large enterprise application systems.
- 6+ years of SQL development experience.
- 6+ years of experience with HTML5 and CSS.
- Knowledge of SSL and client-server communications.
- Experience with Fiserv DNA and WMF technology.
- Experience with Nexus Evolution software.
- Experience with Fiserv Nautilus or Hyland OnBase ECM.
- Familiarity with Wolters Kluwer and Ascensus forms module.
- Knowledge of DocuSign.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
