What does a Training and Development Advisor do at Fiserv?
As a Training and Development Advisor at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in driving training solutions and change management for the Settlement Controls & Solutions (SCS) division, ensuring effective communication, quality assurance, and process alignment with internal and external clients. As a pivotal part of the Business Engagement team, you will be the lead advisor in developing and facilitating department-wide training, while analyzing opportunities for new training programs. You will identify opportunities for enhancement to existing processes, working with the appropriate teams to implement solutions, and creating procedures and training for new business.
What you will do:
- Lead the customized development of curriculum content for tailored stakeholder training.
- Provide education and shared resources to facilitate optimal client experience.
- Participate in planning, execution, and evaluation of Business Engagement programs and initiatives.
- Strategize with clients to develop (and enhance) engagement strategies for overall advancement of client experience.
- Collaborate and identify areas of opportunity to improve capabilities and partnership processes.
- Assist in implementation of SCS wide plans in collaboration with leadership and analytics team.
- Complete change impact assessments and tailored training plans to deliver a wholistic approach to internal and external clients
- Demonstrate professionalism and emotional intelligence in all interactions.
What you will need to have:
- Experience in facilitating training, learning and development including developing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and management
- Experience in change management and adoption
- 6+ years of an equivalent combination of education, work and/or military experience

- Bachelors degree
- Project management knowledge.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding.
