What does a successful Supervisor of Project Management Teams do?
As a Supervisor of Project Management Teams at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in supporting our tokenization services for new and existing clients. You will ensure that your team exceeds performance goals and objectives while managing the day-to-day operations with high engagement and a positive attitude. By managing projects, prioritizing tasks, and resolving issues, you will contribute to our mission of enhancing the client experience through effective problem-solving and accountability.
What you will do:
Ensure overall team performance meets or exceeds company goals and objectives.
Manage the performance and ongoing development of direct reports through timely coaching and positive reinforcement.
Lead day-to-day operations for direct reports with a high level of engagement.
Achieve and manage department goals.
Match staffing and scheduling to meet or exceed SLAs.
Review, maintain, create, and update procedural manuals to meet daily business requirements.
Complete special projects and assignments as required.
Lead, mentor, and train implementation teams.
What you will need to have:
4+ years of experience in EFT processing/financial industry in a project management role.
High School Diploma/GED and/or equivalent military experience.
4+ years of experience managing or coordinating project activities.
2+ years of experience having team lead or supervisor responsibilities.
What would be great to have:
3+ years of experience in managing direct reports.
5+ years of experience with consumer payments, mobile wallets, and electronic payment products.
5+ years of client services or relationship management experience.
5+ years of implementations experience.

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
