What does a great Pricing Director do?
A successful Pricing Director at Fiserv leads with innovative strategies to manage and optimize our pricing models. This role is crucial in delivering tailored pricing solutions that drive revenue growth and competitive advantage while supporting Fiserv’s mission to enable seamless financial services. The Pricing Director nurtures collaborative relationships across various teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in pricing and proposals.
What you will do:
- Own and manage pricing proposals from start to finish, ensuring timely, responsive, and interactive processes.
- Lead and manage a pricing team to drive effective strategies and execution.
- Create C-level presentations and summaries to communicate recommendations and risks.
- Reduce complexity in models and processes to support efficient and streamlined pricing responsiveness.
- Develop relationships with the FIG segment and other Fiserv areas to leverage cross-business unit opportunities.
- Support corporate initiatives, process, and system improvements.
- Develop extensive product knowledge within Fiserv, understanding the products, revenue drivers, customer consumption patterns, target markets, and competitors' strategies.
- Evaluate key metrics and performance to provide actionable insights, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and profit through data mining, analytics, and automation.
What you will need to have:
- 7+ years of experience in pricing or financial modeling.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Experience with Excel-based financial modeling.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field, and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
- MBA and/or CPA.
- Experience in financial services or software industries.
- Experience in data mining and analytics to drive revenue and profit growth.
- Experience in performing ad hoc financial analyses and presenting insights.
- Experience developing relationships and working across various business units for cross-product opportunities.
Important information about this role:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work weekends/evenings, as necessary
- In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship now or in the future.
- This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
