What does a successful ISV Operations Manager at Fiserv do?
The ISV Operations Manager acts as the operations point of contact for an assigned portfolio of premier Integrated Software Vendor (ISV) clients. This individual will manage the support and onboarding processes for the ISV, from the time a partner decides to integrate with Fiserv and throughout the lifetime of the relationship. They will work closely with a Relationship Manager to form an account management team that effectively manages the ISV client lifecycle through proactive communication and support. The ISV Operations Manager must be able to effectively articulate processes to both business and operational users, provide ongoing support to external partners, and act as a primary resource for operational issues and questions.
What you will do:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.
Serve as the main point of contact for partners throughout the entire integration process.
Navigate and thrive in a dynamic, evolving operational environment.
Act as a liaison, facilitating communication and resolving issues between partners and internal teams.
Proactively address inquiries and troubleshoot problems using available resources.
Translate complex internal processes and needs for external partners.
Communicate partner needs and feedback to internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
Provide exceptional service and support to all partners.
What you need to have:
High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
2 years of industry experience in a customer-facing role.
Knowledge of Fiserv’s products, platforms, systems, and operational areas.
What is nice to have:
Integrated payments experience is preferred
Self-motivated with a proven track record in the technology industry
Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate professionally via written and oral communication
Proven organizational skills with the ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
Ability to think outside the box while also being process-oriented. Flexibility to work after hours/weekends as needed occasionally
