About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Enrollment Tools Team within Digital Onboarding, Servicing and Implementation.
In this role, you will:- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives across Service and Implementation tools
- Coordinate product rules database in the Argent/Cobra Tool including branching strategies and rules writing
- Coordinate the governance of taxonomy frameworks across the enrollment tools to enhance data consistency, discoverability, and reporting accuracy across platforms
- Coordinate the enrollment tool configuration management process to ensure consistency and accuracy of updates
- Lead large scale access projects, general team access & annual certifications
- Ensure competence of Access reporting, analysis, and governance
- Develop and manage risk mitigation procedures for related activities
- Partner with Journey Owners to ensure pipeline of work is understood and aligns to approved roadmap
- Dynamic Individual contributor role which requires the ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams at once
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and release management strategies, including coordinating overlapping workstreams and aligning delivery timelines across products
- Experience with taxonomy management
- Familiarity with branching strategies
- Skilled in configuration management
- 2+ years experience with Agile practices and framework
- Experience with workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Jira and Jira Align
- Direct experience with technology version control systems/processes
- Direct experience with Treasury Management / Global Payments & Liquidity products and services including the submission and implementation processes
- Comfortable working in high-velocity environments with rapid sprint cycles and delivery goals
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, including end users, product managers, and technical teams

- This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of the Charlotte, NC, San Francisco, CA, Concord, CA, Menlo Park, CA, El Monte, CA, or Minneapolis, MN office approximately 3 days a week
Pay Range: - Charlotte, NC: $119,000 - $187,000
- Minneapolis, MN: $131,000 - $206,000
- San Francisco, CA, Concord, CA, El Monte, CA, Menlo Park, CA: $143,000 - $224,000
Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
