About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager with demonstrated leadership experience in managing business application support teams, particularly subject matter experts (SMEs) within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) product and application environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a proven track record of guiding cross-functional SME teams in the successful delivery, enhancement, and sustained support of SCM systems.
In this role, you will:- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Business Execution Consultants, including subject matter experts (SMEs), responsible for supporting a diverse portfolio of ~25 SCM business applications.
- Drive strategic planning, design, testing, and deployment of SCM initiatives with moderate to high complexity and enterprise visibility, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the operational health, performance, and lifecycle management of SCM applications, including procurement, supplier onboarding, contract management, and risk assessment tools.
- Collaborate with senior functional leaders across Supply Chain, Technology, and Risk to secure resources, influence outcomes, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with Wells Fargo's policies and strategic objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with SCM application changes, developing proactive strategies to ensure business continuity and regulatory adherence.
- Champion process improvement opportunities across the SCM application landscape, leveraging SME insights and cross-functional collaboration.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution strategies to meet deliverables of moderate to high complexity, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
- Interpret and apply enterprise procedures and processes, providing strategic leadership across programs, services, and initiatives with significant scope and risk.
- Influence and align with executive stakeholders, driving support and momentum for SCM-related strategic initiatives.
- Manage people and financial resources, optimizing team structure and budget to support SCM Business Execution priorities.

Required Qualifications:- 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years Management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:- Experience in Business Application Management and Support across multiple applications and subject areas
- Experience in Agile methodology and delivery team management
- Experience supporting Supply Chain Management applications and product environments
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
- Track record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
- Ability to structure and scope complex problems and develop plans to solve
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, communicate ideas and results effectively, and drive consensus throughout the organization
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and act with urgency when supporting leadership requests
- Ability to lead projects from inception to execution
Job Expectations:- Hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week.
- Ability to travel to core market sites with team members
