As a Clinical Scientist, you will be an effective and influential contributor to our work, developing and supporting research programs in the AI for the health space. You will utilize not only your clinical expertise and knowledge of the research development life cycle including moving from research into product but also your excellent listening, communication, and leadership skills to appropriately shape the content, design, evaluation and scaled implementation of research programs.
In this role, you will use your experience in health AI research and development and work cross-functionally with non-clinical teams including Engineering, Product Management, UX/UXR, Legal and regulatory affairs. You will work as a healthcare professional in your field with recognized expertise in a focused area of clinical care. Ideally, you will have considerable experience with generative AI research and tools.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $146,000-$214,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
