The Digital Solution Specialist (DSS) for AI Business Process (AIBP) is a strategic sales role focused on driving AI-led transformation across business applications. This role bridges Microsoft’s business applications with AI innovations, enabling consultative engagements with decision-makers across Sales, Service, ERP, and Low Code domains.
AI Agents are viewed as autonomous enablers of business process automation. They are not just tools but strategic differentiators that reshape workflows and customer engagement.
In this role the attitude toward adoption is empathetic and educational, guiding customers through change, addressing privacy concerns, and building trust.
Qualifications
Required / Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field and several years of experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.
