Job Responsibilities and Duties:
· Aggregate and correlate the five elements of condition monitoring (wherever applicable) to provide meaningful insights as to what is happening on the equipment
· Maintain working knowledge for each of the 5 elements of condition monitoring
· Understanding of engine/heavy equipment performance and systems
. Participate in ongoing meetings with Caterpillar dealers and subject matter experts to gain knowledge and insights to increase accuracy of the data analysis and quality of recommendations/leads
. Provide information for equipment management lead tracking and resolution
. To lead minimum three dealers
. Assists with preparing reports regularly to be distributed to Caterpillar dealers detailing financial outcomes and key CM KPIs for CMA recommendations.
· Communicate recommendations verbally as required to Caterpillar dealers
· Build collaborative relationships & act as a consultant with equipment management personnel.
. Responsible for monitoring assigned assets
. Exceed 90% quality in terms of recommendations recorded
. Assist with Quality audit and act as a mentor to new hires and peers
. Assist with special projects based on business requirements
. Assist in the recruit process to hire the right talent
. This position requires working onsite five days a week.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in product support and/or engineering fields
A college or university degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience in condition(health) monitoring
Experience of using multiple software/business systems to gather data
Proficient in MS office with strong emphasis on MS excel or other analytics tools
Performed data analysis and correlation on sets of data
Ability to deduce and draw conclusions from the analysed data
Sound technical ability in servicing/repair of construction equipment, diagnostics tools, data analysis to aide fault finding

Additional Info:
This position will require travelling about 30% of the time.
