MANTECH seeks a motivated and enthusiastic
Junior Program Analyst to support our current Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) contract out of
Quantico, VA.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Provide direct support to Project Manager(s) on all cost, schedule, and performance tasks, products, and deliverables.
- Participate in and provide support to the Integrated Management Team (IMT) on several high-level projects.
- Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical and finance data as it relates to rapid prototyping and program activities.
- Track project status and schedules, applying policies and procedures for financial planning.
- Track Requests for Information (RFIs), risks, and other tasks that require addressing and mitigation.
- Maintain and update project file databases via Teams and SharePoint at different classification levels; ensuring proper naming conventions and version control.
- BPT travel in performance of duties; less than 10% expected.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technical, or Scientific area from an accredited college or university and at least two years’ experience as a program analyst. A total of 8 years’ experience without a degree.
- Must have strong experience and confidence in working with Microsoft Teams (collaboration hub) and SharePoint (file management).
- Must have experience working in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal skills; able to proofread and edit all program materials prior to presentation, delivery, and or filing.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in program/project management support, earned value management, and schedule.
- Experience updating/maintaining project schedules using MS Project or other scheduling software.
- Relevant experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; two of those four years must include experience in technical efforts supporting weapon systems and components development, OR, equivalent education and years of experience.
- Experience processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military programs.
Clearance Requirement
- Must have a current/active SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
Physical Requirements
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
